Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the ScreenerSight Chrome extension ("Extension") or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

ScreenerSight is a Chrome extension that allows users to:

• Extract and compare financial metrics from Screener.in company pages
• Save and organize company comparisons locally
• Export comparison data to CSV, XLSX, and PDF formats
• Add personal notes to saved companies
• View historical financial data across different time periods

License

Free Trial

ScreenerSight offers a limited free trial period. After the trial expires, a license is required to continue using the Extension.

Lifetime License

Upon purchase of a lifetime license:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Extension
• The license is valid for your personal use across multiple devices
• You are entitled to all future updates at no additional cost
• The license cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of the Extension at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will apply to new purchases only and will not affect existing license holders.

Payment and Refunds

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If the features don't work as described within 7 days of purchase, contact us at screenersight@gmail.com for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Share, distribute, or sublicense your license key
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the license validation system
• Use the Extension in any way that could damage or overburden Screener.in's servers
• Redistribute extracted data commercially without proper authorization

Third-Party Services

ScreenerSight interacts with the following third-party services:

• Screener.in: The Extension reads publicly available data from Screener.in. We are not affiliated with Screener.in, and your use must comply with their terms of service.
• Razorpay: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
• Chrome Web Store: Distribution of the Extension is subject to Chrome Web Store's policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of extracted financial data
• The availability of Screener.in or compatibility with future website changes
• The suitability of the Extension for investment decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license
• We are not responsible for investment decisions made using the Extension

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Extension except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license key will be revoked
• You must cease using the Extension
• Data stored locally on your device remains yours

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
